The Yellow Rust Virulence Mapper tool, developed by the University of Aarhus Denmark, displays any specific virulence to Yr genes in analysed samples collected at known locations. Selection of any combination of Yr gene virulence is possible. Any new data incorporated into the underlying database will automatically be displayed on the graphs. Data only from Europe currently available, but expansion to include other regions will be undertaken.
